Dabynabo Gas ASTM D2513 Pipe is a versatile solution for the transmission and distribution of a variety of gases, including:

Natural Gas Pipe
Liquified Petroleum Gas Pipe
Other Fuel Gases Pipe

Pipe Engineered for Integrity and Safety

Our Dabynabo Gas ASTM D2513 Pipe is a PE 4710 high-performance bimodal HDPE pipe meticulously engineered to meet gas management requirements. Whether for direct burial or reliner applications, our pipes demonstrate unmatched toughness and rapid crack resistance, guaranteeing a robust and reliable gas network.

Pipe Conformance to Standards

Dabynabo Gas ASTM D2513 Pipe not only aligns with industry norms but aims to surpass them, reflecting our promise of excellence:

• ASTM D2513: Fulfills the rigorous standards for polyethylene (PE) gas pressure pipe, tubing, and fittings.
• Cell Classification: Dabynabo Gas ASTM D2513 Pipe holds a PE445574C classification as per ASTM D3350.
• NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 61 & 372: Certified pipe for direct potable water contact.
• PPI TR-4 Listing: Certified as PE4710, which reflects high material quality.
• Hydrostatic Design Basis: Capable of withstanding pressures of 1,600 psi @ 73°F (23°C) and 1,000 psi @ 140°F as per ASTM D2837.
• Color & UV Protection: Composed of black material with a minimum of 2% carbon black as per ASTM D3350 for increased durability and UV stability.
• Heat Fusion Procedure: We follow ASTM F2620 and PPI TR-33/TR-41 guidelines to ensure strong and reliable joints on our pipe products.
• Pipe Installation Guidelines: For optimal results, follow the guidance of the PPI PE Handbook, 2nd edition.
• Leak Testing Protocols: As per ASTM F2164, our gas pipe systems undergo stringent hydrostatic pressure tests, implementing safety measures to ensure integrity.

Pipe Technical Data

• Natural Gas Pipe: The design stresses for our pipes are based on the hydrostatic design basis at 73°F, following Test Method D2837, utilizing natural gas or simulated natural gas mediums for accurate testing.
• Service temperatures above 73°F require adjusted hydrostatic design basis calculations to guarantee safe operation.
• Compliance with ANSI B31.8 and OPS 49 CFR Part 192 for design stress in accordance with the class of location.
• Fuel Gas Pipe: Established hydrostatic design basis categories, with the specific gas as the pressurizing medium, define the design stresses, as detailed in ASTM D2513 X1.7.2.
• Liquefied Petroleum Gas Pipe: The National Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association advocates adhering to a maximum operating pressure of 30 psig (206 kPa) in NFPA 58 to prevent overexposure to LPG condensates.
