• Color & UV Protection: Composed of black material with a minimum of 2% carbon black as per ASTM D3350 for increased durability and UV stability.
• Visual Identification: A standard orange stripe (other colors available upon request) for easy identification and visibility.
• Heat Fusion Joining: We follow ASTM F2620 and PPI TR-33/TR-41 guidelines to ensure reliable joint fusion and installations.

- Melt Index: Reliable performance with a Melt Index (MI) of 0.23 g/10 min at 190°C/2.16kg and a High Load Melt Index of 8 g/10 min.
- Tensile Strength: Tensile Stress at Yield of 3,800 psi and at Break of 5,000 psi, ensuring durability under strain.
- Elongation & Flexibility: Greater than 500% Elongation at Break, combined with a Flexural Modulus (2% secant) of 140,000 psi.
- Thermal Stability: Over 30 Minutes at 210°C, verified by ASTM D3895.
- Thermal Expansion: Coefficient of 1.0 x 10^-4 in/in/°F.
- Inside Diameter (ID): Engineered with precision, subject to manufacturing tolerances.
- Weight per Foot (Wt/Ft): Calculated per foot in pounds, subject to manufacturing tolerances.
